In this family holiday adventure, the McAllister family embarks on a trip to Florida, only to face an unexpected twist when Kevin McAllister, the youngest member, finds himself inadvertently separated from the group.

Unfazed by the mishap, Kevin ends up boarding a plane destined for New York instead.

Once in the bustling city, armed with his father’s credit card, he opts for the luxury of the finest hotel accommodations and begins to relish his newfound independence.

However, trouble looms on the horizon as the bumbling burglars, previously thwarted by Kevin in a different escapade, resurface in New York after their release from jail. Intent on pilfering the grandest toyshop in the city on Christmas Eve, the villains set their sights on a lucrative heist.

Kevin, ever resourceful, stumbles upon their nefarious plot and resolves to thwart their criminal ambitions once more.

As Kevin endeavors to outsmart the cunning burglars, the stakes escalate. Meanwhile, the criminals, undeterred by their previous setbacks, are determined to not only carry out their grand theft but also settle a score with the pint-sized adversary, Kevin.

Directed by the talented Chris Columbus, this captivating tale weaves together the thrill of a family holiday gone awry, Kevin’s misadventures in the Big Apple, and the criminals’ relentless pursuit.
