Steve Wright’s Sunday Love Songs wins Best Radio Show in The Version’s 2024 Awards with Humax

Steve Wright’s Sunday Love Songs has picked up the award for Best Radio Show in The Version’s 2024 Streaming Awards with Humax.

The long-running programme was one of the most popular on UK radio and was presented by much-loved DJ Steve Wright each week on Radio 2, until he passed away last month.

Following Steve’s death, the morning show has been presented by Nikki Chapman, show said ‘It will be a privilege to present Sunday Love Songs in the coming weeks, so please do tune in and keep me company as I share the listeners’ favourite songs alongside their heart-warming stories and memories of loved ones.’

Steve Wright presented Love Songs from 1996. A new presenter will be announced in due course.
