When does Jordan North start on Capital Breakfast?

Jordan North takes over as host of Capital Breakfast on Monday 8 April. Will Manning will be covering until he starts.

Roman Kemp hosted his final ever show on Capital this morning, leaving the station after ten years. He told listeners he wanted the show to be as normal as possible and thanked them for their loyal support.

Sian Welby and Chris Stark remain on the show, to present alongside former Radio 1 DJ Jordan.

Roman previously said “You are going to absolutely love this Jordan. I have so much faith in you mate. It’s hard leaving, it feels like your child, but you want it to go into good hands and I know with you it’s going to be just that. Everyone, send as much love as possible to Jordan.”

As well as previously presenting drive for Radio 1, Jordan co-hosts hit podcast ‘Help I Sexted My Boss!’, had a hugely successful stint on ‘I’m a Celebrity’ and is aso known for presenting on ‘Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway’, on ITV1.

Jordan joins Capital as the brand experiences rapid growth, with a huge 7.9 million listeners tuning in every week.

Jordan will also host Capital’s Summertime Ball in June 2024.
