It’s the latest film under Lohan’s exclusive Netflix deal
Ian Harding, Lindsay Lohan, and Kristin Chenoweth will star in the new film, Our Little Secret, the latest original movie from Netflix.
The streaming platform announced the cast and the plot today. They said: “Two resentful exes are forced to spend Christmas under the same roof after discovering that their current partners are siblings. Also starring Jon Rudnitsky, Chris Parnell, Tim Meadows, Dan Bucatinsky, Henry Czerny, Katie Baker, Ash Santos, Jake Brennan, and Brian Unger”.
Our Little Secret is the latest in a string of original Christmas films from Netflix, which have previously included Jingle Jangle, The Holiday Calendar, Holidate and A Christmas Prince.
The announcement shows there’s no let-up for original romantic Christmas films, which have been doing the business across streaming platforms for the last couple of years. Other examples include Prime Video’s Your Christmas Or Mine was has already spawned one sequel.
Our Little Secret is part of Lohan’s exclusive film deal with Netflix. “We’re so happy with our collaboration with Lindsay to date, and we’re thrilled to continue our partnership with her,” Netflix’s Director of Independent Film Christina Rogers said in 2022.
“We look forward to bringing more of her films to our members around the world.”
Stephen Herek is directing the film, which is likely to drop this November.
