Jo Whiley is to host An Evening with The Pet Shop Boys on her BBC Radio 2 show. Fans can hear it Thursday 25 April from 7.30pm on BBC Sounds.
Jo will be joined by Pet Shop Boys to co-host the show, talk about their new album Nonetheless and pick some of their favourite music.
Nonetheless is the fifteenth album by legendary duo Pet Shop Boys, who are Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. Produced by James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Blur, Florence and the Machine), the album features 10 brand new tracks.
Formed in 1981, Pet Shop Boys have released more than 50 million records worldwide and become one of the most successful acts in British history. They will perform five shows at London’s Royal Opera House in July.
Only a few hours before their album is released into the world, Pet Shop Boys join Jo in the studio! You can listen live or when it suits you via the BBC Sounds app.
