Capital reveals huge news about Roman Kemp

Capital have confirmed that Roman Kemp will be back on the Breakfast Show from Monday 8 January, 2024.

Listeners tuning in this week have found stand-in presenter Will Manning, best known for hosting The Big Top 40 chart on the air instead of Roman, Sian Welby and Chris Stark.

The trio haven’t been on air since before Christmas, although fans have been able to enjoy them on TV, where they fronted ITV’s coverage of Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball. Catch it on ITVX if you haven’t seen it yet.

Last year, Capital Breakfast enjoyed significant growth with millions tuning in every week. A massive 2.6million listeners tuned in each week, 115,000 more than the previous year.

The UK’s no.1 hit music brand increased its audience to a massive 8 million weekly listeners adding 636,000 listeners in the last year alone.  

In London, Capital is the no.1 hit music station, reaching 1.8 million listeners growing in reach, hours and share year-on-year.
