Radio 2 listeners to get extra Rylan as Mills takes panto break

Rylan is to cover Scott Mills on BBC Radio 2, whilst Scott takes a break from his afternoon show to appear in panto.

Fan-favourite Rylan will cover the afternoon show from Monday 18 December until Friday 22 December. Scott will be briefly back on air on Christmas Day before Owain Wyn Evans takes over from Boxing Day.

Scott will be off for a few weeks following his show on Thursday 14 December, with Gaby Roslin covering on Friday 15th.

Elsewhere in the Christmas schedules, Noddy Holder joins Johnny Walker for a special Sounds of 70’s on Christmas Eve afternoon and Gaby Roslin will be busy covering various shows including Sara Cox and Dermot O’Leary.
